Capella University had an image problem: a progressive, online university with an old-fashioned/outdated website. As the digital content copywriter, I was tasked with bringing the Capella brand to the 21st century via an updated website, fresh social media and blog content, paid advertisements and TV/radio spots. Working with the creative director, I helped concept and create new content to entice prospective students.
